Shipping & Delivery

Your total shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout together with the total sum of the products you have selected. For addresses located in Remote Areas and Extended Remote Areas (as defined by the carrier), free shipping is not applicable.

We currently support shipping to the United States and Canada. For other regions, if you have special requirements, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Shipping Options:

Fast Shipping (Default Shipping Option): For orders under $100, the shipping cost is $9.99, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days (excluding remote areas as defined by the carrier).

Orders over $100 get FREE Flat Shipping!

Delivery Time:

Standard shipping time is estimated at 2-5 business days after the order leaves our warehouse. Once your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking number and information on where you can trace your parcel.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday with the exception of national public holidays. We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours after payment has been received and accepted. However, delays may occur if we are waiting for a product to be restocked or if there is missing or incorrect order information that needs to be updated by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a shipment has already left our warehouse with an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee delivery, and no refunds or re-ships will be issued for faulty addresses. If you notice a mistake while we are still processing your order, please email us immediately at info@steamhall.com so we can attempt to update it before dispatch.
